This is a freshly updated, well-maintained property that I can’t wait to visit again.

It was EXTREMELY hard to find in the dark. There are many units and lots of stone stairs to navigate if you get a bit off track.

Great location for the ferry port

The location was great for the port but a 35 minute walk to the Old Town, which was mostly uphill. There is a bus you can catch. The room itself was adequate. Clean and comfortable.

Each time I left the apartment the pool was closed off, and each time I returned to the apartment the pool was closed off. Now I know it must have been available during the day as you could see it was operational and that the sunbeds had moved around. I didn't leave particularly early or return late, and it would have been nice to have dipped in after a long day's walking.

Perfect time

I just loved everything about it. Close to shopping restaurants loved the view pool and gardens. Felt safe and comfortable. Really was able to rest and relax. Loved the sunsets

To make this a REALLY good place to stay, and bring some aspects up to the general high quality of the property, I'd like to see - Bed and linen of a better quality - for example towels that arent like sandpaper, sheets that are better quality and curtains that fit well in all windows - better furniture that fit well - such as smaller tables that fit the room well, lights and side tables that fit and work better, - pictures and finishings and soft furnishings that give the finishing touches - modernised bathrooms

It’s in a good location. The outside gardens and pool area are really nice. Lots of tables and chairs to use.

The overall cleanliness wasn’t perfect. There was an empty dish soap bottle and a grubby sponge.

Quaint, quiet, welcoming and tranquil.

It was a lovely location, it was extremely quiet and clean, the gardens were well kept and we also spotted a tortoise which was a pleasant surprise (we do wonder if it was an escaped pet as we haven’t seen any more on our travels). Only a 45 minute walk into Dubrovnik, plenty of bars to stop at for a beverage - but the views all the way were so worth it we ended up walking it each time.

It was ever so slightly difficult to piece together the information with check in, and the garage keys weren’t clear on the directions where they were! But for me, all part of the experience and not really a negative about the property at all.

Perfect stay

It’s very central and everything was at an arms reach. We got everything we needed in the room, extra toiletries and there’s nothing more we could have asked for. The pool and the property was kept clean. They had a lovely garden and the host was very accommodating and kind. Its the only place we’d stay if we ever come back to Dubrovnik

To get into the shower is a big step up into the bath and likewise getting out is a big step out. Two very small details - it would have been nice for the fridge to have been switched on before our arrival so it was nice and cold (although, it didn’t take too long for it to get cold when switched on) and the room safe needed to be reset before we could use it - again something that could have been done before we arrived, but was quickly sorted by the owner. These are two very small issues and in no way should detract from an enjoyable and comfy stay.

Disappointing service by hosts

It was easy to get into town and the pool was nice.

When we arrived we were not assisted with how to get into the room or out- and had lots of trouble with the key code system and no support with this. We were informed when we arrived that there was a family engagement party taking place at the venue later that day and that the pool would be closed early. We were told that there would be a little music and some guests arriving. Instead, when we arrived back at 9pm the whole outside area was filled with the hosts family, a band, staff and a DJ. We were unable to use any of the communal outside facilities and had to return to our room where we were unable to sleep at all as the band and DJ continued until the early hours of the morning. We complained through Booking.com but the hosts have not be reciprocal with compensation or even a sorry. If they wanted to host a private event until 2am they should not allow guests at the villas as it was an awful experience as a guest. We were extremely disappointed with the service provided as it was an expensive stay as well. We would not return.

beautifully clean and an ideal location if you want somewhere convenient for the ferry port. swimming pool area was lovely after a warm day sightseeing and we used the pool area whilst waiting for our catamaran to leave the island mid afternoon on our departing day too

The apartment was clean and got all amenities. Location wise is perfect.. host was friendly.. garden is so beautiful. I stayed for a night but I would definitely book again this place . The port is just 3 minute walk down the stairs ..old town is around 30 min walk but I would say take a taxi.

Great accommodation and handy location

We had a great stay in these apartments! The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The check in process was very easy as well. The rooms were clean, large and well equipped. The pool area was always quiet and relaxing. It was also very easy to get to/from the Old Town with bus stops located nearby. Would definitely recommend to others!

easily accessible and relaxed. Good location as only a 30min as to the old town but tours all available for pick up in this location the outside space definitely makes the property superior if you’re staying flyer longer than a few days.

wifi was non existent. couldn’t get signal within the room at all. I stayed for a 9 day period and it would have been good to also have had access to some exercise equipment especially as the pool was not always open

We are a regular travelers and would rate Apartments Miljas as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, with a exceptionally clean swimming pool, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Very nice apartment close to the harbor. The owner are very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

It's good to have a car or a scooter as it takes some time to the next beach or old town. But there is also a bus Station.
