Decent stay, decent price, nice neighbourhood

Easy check in, loads of parking out front, property management has good communication, the tv remote didn’t work and offered to change the room for us; but we didn’t need to use the tv since we were there for overnight. Close to retail shopping centre etc

The mattress could do with upgrading, the one side of the mattress you could really feel the springs digging in.

Overall i was very happy.

Even though very close to the M6, the property is in a quiet road. It's a converted residential property which has the advantage that no 2 rooms are the same. Mine was the "superior" option which had plenty of space with a kitchenette with fridge and microwave and a modern bathroom. PS: If you're planning to bring food/drink to the property, do your shopping before you get there as the common supermarkets are a little stretch away.

The only two things i would flag are the pillows, they're all four the same so you can't adjust them to your liking (but that could just be a personal preference), and the fitted sheet was way too small for the mattress and kept coming off. Even though the mattress underneath is clean, it's not something i particularly appreciate.

Exceptional Attention to Detail at a Modest Price Point

Attention to detail was better than one would expect at this price point. Noted I was a returning customer despite my last visit being 4 years ago, and did not have to pay deposit and had a little 'welcome back' card printed for me. Kitchenette very useful indeed, with microwave and plates and fridge- reheating takeaway during 2 day stay. The large pillar fan was a godsend in blistering heat and made sleeping ok. Finally, I thought the room - though small - was well laid out and thought had evidently gone in to what it would actually be like to stay in. Also it was clean and with a few pieces of decoration despite it being at a very utilitarian price point. Large house number to make it clear where to go. Communication was also crystal clear. All these things were individually quite small but together gave the strong impression the host takes pride in his/her project and has thought about it from the perspective of a traveller who might be turning up late.

The studio was nice, calm, clean and comfortable.

The help of the staff with finding the accommodation and then getting into the property, I was able to call them, when I needed them. We travelled for a wedding, the studio was just a short drive to the venue.

No toaster, I know this maybe because of safety. They could put a small air frier, which would help a lot.

The walls were very thin and you could easily hear into other people’s rooms. I woke up twice in the morning because I heard other people’s alarms go off.
