The location is nice and the room is generally consistent with the photos. However, cleanliness is lacking and the finishing of the apartment is very poor, although overall it remains acceptable. Please also note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The biggest issue was the check-in process. Upon arrival, there was no staff and no reception. I rang the doorbell for over 30 minutes, then tried calling the owner about ten times, with no response for another 30+ minutes. Thankfully, a very kind gentleman living across the street helped us and managed to contact her. He explained that this situation happens often and that guests usually wait around two hours to access the apartment. He was even kind enough to make a bank transfer to the owner so that I could finally get access; otherwise, I would have had to wait an additional hour for her to come in person. This behavior is completely unacceptable: no direct contact and very poor management. Avoid this place if you don’t want to risk waiting for hours with no information.

The room given to me was smaller than what was published.

Không recommend cho các bác vì dịch vụ quá kém. -2h check-in nhưng 11h bên home mới nhắn tin báo đổi địa điểm do phòng bên này lỗi báo mình sang nên khác cách 2km. - Nhân viên sale khá tệ sau khi mình call nhiều lần hỏi dịch vụ thì bạn ko nghe máy cũng ko xin lỗi về việc thay chỗ ở sát giờ. - thiết bị phòng ko giống như mô tả nhiều khá nhiều đồ: máy sấy tóc, tủ đồ, mắc treo ... chăn có nhiều vết dơ vàng, quạt thiếu công tắc - Họ xếp phòng cho m bên tầng 6 trong khi thang máy chỉ tới tầng 5. M vác đồ thang bộ ( kiểu thang sắt thoát hiểm ) khá ghê

when we arrive at the hotel, there was no one around luckily we could ask a stranger on the street to call the number posted at the door dirty man a full payment before give us access to the room at 11 PM. We had nowhere to go but to carry our luggage up three flight upstairs once we got in the room it was a disgusting scene for a more in the bathroom, right dropping all over the shelf and the cabinet. We have picked the room based on the picture and the room look nothing like it unless you are struggling student need a place to stay for a night. I would suggest to go to the cheapest hotel in the area. I’m sure you do better. The owner She wouldn’t even give us the Wi-Fi password unless we paid in full money transfer with a help of the stranger on the street. She wouldn't even come down to take cash! Only pay my money transfer which we couldn’t do without Internet or proper bank account in Vietnam!
