Amazing - every single thing about this hotel and staff is exceptional. They even made me a complimentary sandwich and a handmade birthday card (I was checking out a day before my birthday). God bless you Annette and the server whose name I cannot remember- tall, lanky man with spectacles and kind eyes.

Beachfront property with clear clean water to swim in. Has bar and restaurant and sun lounges and chairs on beach. Fantastic staff who even gave us water and sandwiches for our onward Journey. Will definitely be back
Better to have a room above the first floor

Annette organised a cake after figuring out from the passport copy that was submitted that it was my birthday! It is an incredibly sensitive and scores 10/10 for customer attention.
The property entrance has a drain that needs to be covered and possibly place some flowering bushes that takes the focus away from the smell.

Onsite restaurant and on the beach, which was beautiful
Accommodation initially looks impressive, but we didn't like the location - no nearby shops, places to eat or drink. We accidently locked our keys inside our room and reception had no spare key. We had to spend the night in another room without our belongings. We finally gained access the next day.
