Take a walk on the beach in the moonlight, even better, during a rare blue moon! The Blue Moon Beach house allows you to indulge in a unique mix of mid-century modern décor snuggled inside a rustic log home! With stunning views of the rolling waves and ever changing sky, this cozy home is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family retreat. Situated on an oceanfront lot with easy beach access, you will be tempted to enjoy long strolls on miles of sandy beach.
This three bedroom, two bath home has a spacious living/dining room where you can enjoy a family gathering. The large loft, with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, has a sitting area for watching television, a table to sit and play games, and a fantastic view of the ocean to watch for whales. The multi game table will keep you entertained as you choose between playing pool, ping pong, or air hockey.
A grassy space next to the house gives you plenty of room to set up outside games or picnic in the grass. The path to the beach is a very short walk through the shore pines where you will find a sandy beach for building sand castles and searching for shells and agates! This home is perfectly located on the central Oregon coast where you can explore all the fabulous parks, forest trails, and beaches.
Sleeps 6: 2 Kings (both can be split in to two twins with 72 hours prior notice), 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa; 2 Baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (Strictly enforced- No street parking allowed)
Winter: 2 night minimum Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.
Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

House is great and the location is superb!Kitchen is the only downside, a new set of pots and pans would be ideal and there is no dishwasher. Kids loved the pool/ping-pong table. We enjoyed our time there!!

Enjoyed the property, loved the beach access and outdoor space. The property amenities were great and the homes space was perfect for our gatherings. Would suggest in the future that the BQ be cleaned with adequate propane and a current tank. Yard was never mowed during our visit and had some mice problems that created issues with our dogs. Overall it was a great time and very much enjoyed the seclusion .

The location of this house is stellar. You are literally steps from the beach and the beach is phenomenal. Thus the reason for the 3-star rating.
There are some drawbacks to this home:
1) The kitchen is in extreme need of an update. It is un-cleanable and given we are in a pandemic, it makes it tough. There is no dishwasher, the pots/pans etc are old and in need of replacement.
2) The rest of the furniture is dated/stained/small. The size of the home would lend itself to bigger/comfy furniture. Although it must be hard to keep things clean and in good shape with it being a rental.
3) The home itself is just not clean.
