Spacious apartment 5 minutes from the ocean

We loved the location of this property! Close to food, and a 5 minute walk to the beach! Washing machine was a plus, and a lovely host.

The location

Where do I start. What a misleading property on booking.com. We booked this property for 3 people - it’s a three bedroom apartment. The day we were yo check in I got a message yo say that they were making up one double bed. I wrote back to say, no we book a three bedroom place and there are three of us. It which they replied that on top of the already extraordinary price we have paid, it would be another 35€ per night (70€) for the extra person, which needed to be paid on cash on arrival. Or if we didn’t want to pay cash, Giovanni the property owner could change the booking in booking.com but that he would then charge us €50 per night extra. No where on the property ad is this explained! Then when it came to checking in our train was to arrive 5:15pm. We let Giovanni know, and we’re told that if we don’t heck into the property by 5:30pm, that we have to pay another 50€!! This is NOT stipulate anywhere on the property advertisement on booking.com anywhere! Not even in the property policies. Beware that only 2 bedrooms have air conditioning. The rest of the apartment doesn’t and there are no fans. Despite your fees apparently including a €150 cleaning fee, you are still expected to empty all the bins and take them to a site 400m away.

Monterosso is the jewel of the Cinque Terre and the apartment was the perfect place to stay

The location was absolutely perfect! The air conditioners save us. Giovanni was so nice and so helpful.

No elevator and no parking but I don’t imagine that exists anywhere in the Cinque Terre.

Beautiful location- spacious- stocked kitchen

A/C didn’t work and called several times with no resolution. Giovanni blamed us broken A/C Iron was unlocked cabinet. Door key was very difficult to open. Chairs on deck uncomfortable One bedroom had no A/c and was warm

Superb

The property is in an excellent location, all the rooms are very large and the air conditioning was great. The dishwasher, washing machine and other facilities are excellent too. Giovanni and his team made check-in and check-out very seamless, and were always available for any questions.

The beds are quite firm and it takes a bit of practice to get the knack of unlocking the apartment door.

Wspaniały wypoczynek.

Super Lokalizacja w samym sercu miasta. Apartament na jednym z wyższych pięter- 3 lub 4. Widok z balkonu na panoramę miasta. Mieszkanie było duże, przestronne i bardzo czyste. W mieszkaniu niezbędne sprzęty takie jak suszarka, żelazko czy pralka. Ogromnym plusem była klimatyzacja! Zaraz obok wiele restauracji, barów i sklep. Polecam!

W jednej z sypialni było niewygodne łóżko.

Séjour inoubliable en famille à Monterosso

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable en famille aux Cinque Terre ! La location était très bien située, à deux pas des commerces, de la plage , des sentiers de randonnée et des villages pittoresques. L’hébergement était très bien équipé : cuisine fonctionnelle, lits confortables, climatisation, et une vue magnifique de la terrasse assez spacieuse pour y manger.L’hôte était disponible et agréable, ce qui nous a facilité notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
