The landlords availability, i was locker out last nicht and had to sleep in the street without shelter, in the cold. I was robbed.

Nice accommodation, lovely hosts, not a great deal to do in Mersea
Excellent communication from the owners and they were kind enough to not only allow us to park at the property before our check in time, but also sort an earlier check in than planned. It’s in a very good location and close to the beach.
Only tiny annoyance was that it was virtually impossible to get any channels on the TV. Had been out all day and evening and tried to put terrestrial TV on once we got back, but nothing I tried worked. After half an hour I gave up.

Great location. Lovely room which was nice and warm. Lovely comfortable bed, had a great nights sleep. Room was lovely and clean. Had a fabulous stay. X

Great communication, very comfortable, ideal location
The communication from Georgie and Charlotte was excellent. They gave very clear instructions about how to access the property and our suite. Their tips about the tides that can affect one getting on or off the island were also really helpful (essential to know when high tides are otherwise the Strood (road onto the island) can be flooded). Also tips about where to eat: their recommendation of the Coast Inn gave us a wonderful meal there (pictures attached). Overall our suite was a very pleasant, comfortable place to stay, which suited us ideally.

Could of done with a couple of chairs to sit on instead of bed, and somewhere to hang towels up in the Bathroom,
