Excellent location, good information provided on local area, accommodation was very nice. Well organised arrival and departure information even though I didn't see (or need to see) the hosts. A contact number was provided

Spacious room tastefully decorated with very good amenities and in a convenient location close to beach and town. Appreciated the earlier and later check in/out.
The shower pressure was too low and worth exploring low pressure options. The sofa was stained. It's brave to have all white furnishings and perhaps not a good idea for hard to maintain items. The coffee table looks a bit tired, a white wash paint effect would help it match the room. Plug in air freshener was over-powering and probably not needed.

Large room Comfortable Near pub and town and beach
Over priced Powershower not powerful enough. Not enough sugar and coffee supply Everything painted cheap white wash by the look of it. Single glazed windows, cold mornings.
