We had a comfortable stay but someone needs to visit the lodge and spend some money on making it customer friendly again

The property was incredibly well situated for easy access to town. The drying facilities were great to have.

There was an awful smell emitting from the bathroom that would nit clear, it was like raw sewage in the drains. There were no clear instructions on how to alter the heating and so it was really hot most of our stay. We had to make our own beds on arrival and the double bed, turned out to be two singles pushed together. The co-ordinates given to find the place, were about 500 metres in the wrong direction! There was no wood provided in the wood shed for the fire!

No flexibility

We didn’t find transport to Saariselka that day and they decline to change dates.

Just a bit informational. This cannot be cancel before a month you arrive and they ask for printed documents. They need payments earlier than other hotels. Also they don’t provide linen and towel stuff.
