It was a very good location and very spacious and the management staff were super nice and helpful.

There’s nothing I can think of that I didn’t like.

Convenient & nice and good size for our family

The fact we had to pay $50 per car to park and that was NOWHERE in the listing whatsoever. Very frustrating especially since we had 2 cars. So an extra $100 for this trip we didn’t plan for.

Very comfortable unit, furnishings were very nice. Beds were excellent. The unit is very spacious, and the bathrooms were huge. Check in was a breeze, you just hop on the elevator and use the door code. Beautiful view from the 8th floor. Location is close to restaurants and shopping, with a walmart market right across the road. Very well provisioned kitchen, plenty of dishes and cookware. The balcony is WONDERFUL. Lots of seating, 3 doors onto the balcony, and I loved that the railing is solid concrete and plexiglass. Felt comfortable letting my 3 year old look off the balcony. Had no issue finding a close parking space, although we came in May, so parking in June/July might be more of an issue.

I didn't like that there was a $50 parking fee that I wasn't warned about. I don't mind paying for parking, but the fee should be disclosed. The only real negative that caused a problem, and prevented a 9 or 10 score, was that the owner didn't ever send the code to the gate to get out to the beach. We got down there and tried our door code which didn't work, and I was standing there trying to call the number I was given, and no one ever answered. I was standing in the heat with 3 kids and my elderly mother, and was about to give up and go back to the unit, but another guest was kind enough to give us the code. The building is older and is showing its age a bit, but we didn't mind that. The surf at the beach was also a bit rough, but that might not be the case all the time. Overall, a great unit and a great stay, but they really need to ensure they send the gate code in the emails.

problems with Wi-Fi, open hole in the ceiling, drip from hole in the ceiling, ice maker out of order, one bed was not made and had to make phone calls to secure sheets for the bed. parking lot too small had to park across the street in public parking lot
