Location and Price and number of bedrooms Kitchen was well stocked with tools/pots etc Mattresses were very comfy

Linens on beds need an update Some painting needs to be done (peeling in one bathroom and also on balcony) Balcony needs a good power washing Couch needs to be replaced (for many reasons!) Electrical problems/a lot of outlets especially in first bedroom didn’t work or only “bottom” plugs worked and some had cracks and were loose and appeared to potentially be a foe hazard… Communication was not great… we were given no wifi code more the gate code to access the boardwalk to the beach and the Avari team was not answering the prompts on the phone number that they gave us :( (Didn’t think to take pics of any of our concerns but should have…)

We loved the location of this building and we loved the location of our unit. The balcony and outdoor furniture were wonderful.

That being said, the unit needs work. Other than a new sofa, the living room seating needs to be replaced. The recliner was hard to manipulate and the other easy chair was just uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Overall, the unit needs a good deep cleaning. Twice, we found cockroaches (we killed them and threw them away). In one of the guest bedroom, plaster from the popcorn ceiling was falling. We picked up several pieces on the floor and a few off the bed.

It’s easier to say what we didn’t like…absolutely nothing! The location, size, price was all excellent!

Nothing…we have a family of 9 and it was a great fit for us!

the beach was pretty.

The bathrooms had mold in them, the popcorn ceiling was falling, and parking spots we not available in the unit at certain times. With 70 units and only 73 parking spots, I paid a lot of money for this condo for a week and not to have parking available is not acceptable.
