BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Parking Passes Must be Purchased After Booking-1st Spot Guaranteed-2nd Spot Subject to Availability at Time of Arrival. Link to Purchase is Sent After Booking ($50 each.)

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We stayed here over Fall break this year. The condo was as pictured. Our overall stay was positive. There are a few things that I wasn't too impressed with. The first issue was that the front main entry door was very hard to close. You had to lift and push hard for it to fully close. Many times it would just swing right back open. Eventually we figured out how to get it closed each time. We did email the company about this and they stated that they would look into this. We noticed an old dusty smell as soon as we entered the unit. The smell was present in the entry way, in both bedrooms in the entry side of the unit, and all closets within the entire unit. The kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom did not smell, but their closets did. The drain hole on the balcony seemed to be having issues. More than half of the balcony stayed flooded. We couldn't use the master balcony door without platform shoes. We could use to the living room balcony door but we had to stay at the table. The last full day that we were there we woke up to no water at all. I emailed the company about this and they had this fixed in a timely manner. We were also given two parking violations by the person running the front desk of the condo. It was stated that there was no visible parking pass but there was. That person was only present in the evenings long enough to hand out violations. He was not there during the day for the matter to be discussed. The indoor pool had a total of two chairs within the entire area for parents to sit and watch kids. It also felt very unclean in this area. The stay was overall ok but we will choose a different condo next time.

Plenty of options for kids and adults! Plenty of room! The extra set of bunkbeds were so nice to have! Also loved not having to worry about rails on the balcony for my smaller kids! We enjoyed our stay!

The furniture in the living room is filthy. The hotel lock on the front door needs to be replaced, it is very difficult to latch. The bedroom with the queen bed does not lock. The light above the stove is burned out. In general it was gross.
