This unit served its purpose and the location was convenient. It's important to note that you're not guaranteed a parking spot. As with most things in life, there's room for improvement. The Brett Robinson team ultimately rectified any issues we had and because of that, we'll rent through them in the future.

The Enclave was the perfect property for our stay. We had plenty of room and everything we needed during our stay in Orange Beach. Shopping and restaurants were right across the street which was very convenient.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Condo on the beach which made it great for the kids! They also loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Condo is walking distance from Walmart, souvenir shop, Pizza, ice cream, restaurants! The only negative thing I can say about the property is the parking. If you leave after 5pm, you may not have a place when you get back! Overflow paid packing at hotel across the street. The security was as helpful as he could be. There were extra spots available in the owners parking lot that I feel like could have been given to us at 10pm. Especially since we were checking out the next day. Still, overall it was great!

My experience with Brett Robinson‘s company was fantastic so I would highly recommend going through them. However this condo was lacking. It felt dirty and it also was not equipped properly. No extra blankets or pillows, the kitchen utensils were cheap, I completely understand wanting to make the most ROI on an investment property, but I feel like sometimes taking it up a notch will also get you returned customers and happy clients.
