Beautiful and newly remodeled 3 bedroom home, located only a few steps from Thames Street in downtown Newport and King’s Park, with its views of the harbor and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy the convenience of being walking distance to everything, while having the comforts of the cozy home. This home has a great back yard with large deck, grill, table and chairs. Off street parking for up to 4 cars.

The house is clean, quiet, and cool in a convenient location. It seems newly renovated with all the amenities you would want for a vacation stay. It’s a quick walk to Thames St in one direction and to King’s Park on the water in the other direction. We had plenty of space and privacy. The host was easily accessible and clear with check in and check out instructions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Newport.

The property was ideally located for our group of 6 adults to visit the New York Yacht Club's Harbour Ct. as well as walk around Newport during the week of the NYCC Resolute Cup and the Newport Boat Show. All features of the property were as represented and we had complete privacy among the 3 couples staying at the home, as well as being well appointed and extremely clean. We hope to come back in 2024 and would stay at the property again.

Loved staying here - close to town & the deck/backyard/grill was great for dinners outside at home, especially with littles.
