About this apartment rental
This quaint unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. The 2nd floor has a living room, bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The 3rd floor is a large, open area with a queen sized bed and queen sized daybed.
The entrance to the building is a shared entrance with the long-term tenant downstairs. The first floor unit and second floor unit have separately coded entrances once inside the building.
Parking is a shared driveway with the tenant below. The tenant below does not have a vehicle, but they may from time to time have a guest parking there. Street parking is also available.
Location is 1.7 miles to the cliff walk, less than a mile to several of the mansions on Bellevue Avenue, 2 miles to Easton Beach, 2 miles to Fort Adams, .5 mile to King Park and the harbor, all the restaurants, bars and shopping. There's a large park 1 block over from the apartment, Morton Park.

This was such a perfect place for our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and have breakfast together. Beds were super comfortable and lots of natural light. The location you can't beat as it's walkable to the downtown and Thames street! Would book again in a heartbeat! Thank you for such a lovely place to stay.

We came for a long weekend to attend the Newport Folk Festival and the location of this home couldn’t have been better! It was very close to Fort Adams and downtown Newport. Quiet street and cozy and clean home!

This property was so great for our girls weekend away in Newport! Great location - close enough to town so it is walkable if you do not have a car. The place was clean, just as shown in pictures and the host was extremely kind, accomadating and reachable whenever needed! Thank you, Angie! We had a great time.
