This unit offers 2 floor living with easy private access. On the main level a full kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, living area and dining area, front porch and bedroom with a full bathroom. On the 2nd level a private bedroom with full bath. Just steps away from the action in down town Newport it’s just a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Free parking for 1 car and guest over night parking available upon request for a small fee.

My group (two couples) made a last-minute decision to visit Newport over Fourth of July weekend and this rental worked out perfectly. It was clean, well equipped, and was close enough to the downtown area that we had no trouble walking there to eat every night. The fact that it had a parking spot was very convenient for the times we wanted to drive to the mansions and down to the bottom of the island. Would stay again.
