宿泊前に電話した際、皿が無くてコップはある、バスタオルは人数分あると聞いたが、実際は皿はあるのにコップが無くバスタオルも人数分なかった。洗剤も1袋分あると聞いていたが、実際には使いかけで1袋分の10分の1程度しか残っていなかった

部屋が想像よりも広く、設備も比較的新しくきれい。 掃除も行き届いている。
玄関扉の電子ロックキーの警報がなったが、停止の仕方が分からなかった。結果的に暗証番号の再入力で停止できた。 布団、特に敷布団が薄く、寝心地はあまり良くなかった。

徒歩圏内に駅、スーパー、コンビニ、ほっともっとがあった。
きちんと掃除されていなかった。家具の隙間やテレビ台の上などに埃が多く、床や布団に髪の毛がたくさん落ちていた。ロフトには髪だけでなく、使用済みのコンタクトも落ちていた。食器が少なくて、コップも足りなかった。洗濯機と浴室乾燥があったが、ハンガーが少なかった。部屋は広めだったが、トイレが狭すぎた。
