    The distance to Hakata station and Nakasu yatai are pretty walkable, around 10-15 minutes. Taking a taxi as a group also didn't cost much. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was just the lack of information. The check-in instruction was given at 3pm on the day of check-in, no location details. There were no Felice Hakata on Gmaps. Luckily I did some research beforehand and found the location on Gmaps as "フェリーチェ博多". No building sign so you have to memorize the facade especially at night since it was not well lit.

    The checking-in is so complicated. We tried the passcodes for more than 1 hour. Instructions were in Japanese and need to translate everytime we communicate with the staff. Good thing we have a friend in Japan and she communicated directly to the staff numerous times. The code sent were different to the actual code needed to enter the room! Adding the hassle of actual check-in and check-out from their ipad! The room is clean and big. Location is not very convenient and takes more than 10 mins from the Hakata station -- difficult with big luggages.
