The hotel is in a nice location. The entire building is under construction though, so it was a little hard to spot. It’s also on the main road so it’s a little loud at night. Otherwise, it’s a clean and convenient place!

The room is spacious, which is hard to find in Japan, especially with this many amenities.
However, there’s no heater in the bathroom and toilet. It was freezing cold and we had to run to the bedroom. There were no staff at the front desk. Sent messages on Agoda and email, but we could only contact their staff on phone. So it’s better to tell the hotel in advance your time of arrival or buy a sim that allows calling.

I do not recommend this hotel. It was under construction so the sliding doors (to what I assume would be a balcony) were covered with plastic from the outside and could not be opened. And those glass doors are so thin it sounds like they’re open with how much sound comes through them. When we arrived, the bed was messily made (and the bed was not comfortable), there was still trash from the previous people in one of the garbages and the floor was dirty (even though we did not wear our shoes past the entrance). There was also a bad smell in the apartment. The bathroom walls had cracks that were sort of patched up with silicone and the water pressure was not good. We could handle all this for one night but I would not want to stay here again. Not worth the amount we payed for either.
