About this villa rental
Characteristic country villa with privat pool located in a panoramic position only 10 km. from Lucca. A/C and wifi. Tabletennis.
The house is situated among the "Morianese" hills, very close to the city of Lucca. This area is renowned for the cultivation of fruit trees, oil and wine.
The owner lives in the property during the winter period, then during the summer they move to a small apartment on the ground floor, which is completely independent and with separate entrance. Furnished in a very familiar manner, with all modern facilities which provides a comfortable environment.
The house consists of :
From the ground floor terrace (which has a wood stove), you enter into an extensive area where you can enjoy a relaxing lunch, an equipped kitchen (oven with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, micro, American coffee maker) with fireplace, store room with washing machine, 1 wc.
The upper level has a living room, tv and fireplace and access to the beautiful panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy a view across the surrounding hills. A bedroom with French bed, a bedroom with three beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms and the living room on the first floor are equipped with air-conditioning.

Outside, the back of the property is completely independent and in total privacy, here you can find a terrace in the middle of the olive trees, with tabletennis. A few metres from the house in a mezzanine position is the sunken swimming pool which measures 5 meters x 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 mt, it is available exclusively for the guests. (Children in the swimming pool or swimming pool area must be under adult supervision at all times).
The owners have cats.
