Perfect.

Everything was lovely. Very homely and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living and dining space. Great bedrooms and 2 beautifully updated bathrooms. Plenty hot water and air con in bedrooms. Tastefully decorated. Scrupulously clean. Garden, patio furniture etc etc. 15 minute walk to the walls with supermarket 10 mins away. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect house for a weekend in Lucca - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk!

Great location for exploring Lucca - a quiet neighbourhood with a lovely garden. The host Silvia was very welcoming and we had a homemade cake on arrival! Silvia also gave us some restaurant recommendations and was available throughout our stay when needed. The house is well looked after and has ample space for relaxing or dining with fantastic air con too!

Velmi dobré a komfortní ubytování, jen jeden z pokojů je situován do rušné ulice, vybavená kuchyně.

Uvítal bych, kdyby informace o předání klíčů byly předány v předstihu. Je stresující, když jste při příjezdu závislí na telefonu a kód pro otevření schránky s klíči se dozvíte na poslední chvíli. Kdyby se cokoliv pokazilo, můžete zůstat bez noclehu.

Casa acogedora y cómoda con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto.

Casa con solera y jardín donde poder desayunar, comer, etc… Camas y baños muy nuevos y cómodos. Zona muy tranquila a 10 min. del centro histórico de Lucca. Horno de leña para pizzas + barbacoa donde hicimos nuestros primeros pinitos como pizzeros.

Casa situada a unos 150 m de la vía del tren, aunque en ningún momento nos sentimos incomodados. Muy bien aislada.

Verborgen pareltje: volledig woonhuis en tuin met allure , zonder overdrijving.

Het is een volledig woonhuis met alure, origineel onder architectuur, met zorg en smaakvol met oog voor detail gedecoreerd en een mooie tuin op een heerlijke locatie: urban, op loopafstand van de binnenstad Lucca met landelijke uitstraling.

Het was even wennen aan de mix van landelijkheid en stadsgeluiden, maar op zich had het wel wat.

Fijne ruime woning met tuin en parkeerplaatsen, op wandelafstand van historische centrum.

De verhuurder stond op het afgesproken tijdstip op ons te wachten en kort rond te leiden, met uitleg waar alles was en hoe het werkte. Zeer attent. Het huis , de tuin, kamers, alles is ruim. Fijne serre, voor als het in de tuin nog wat te fris is. Prachtige badkamers. Keuken goed voorzien van bestek, borden, glazen en accessoires, alles ruim op voorraad. Complimenten! Parkeren op eigen afgesloten terrein, ruimte voor meerdere auto's.

De slaapkamer aan de voorzijde (straatkant) kan je beter niet gebruiken, je hoort in de nacht en vroege ochtend het verkeer erg duidelijk. Moet je deze ook benutten dan kan je beste oordopjes meenemen, als je een lichte slaper bent. Wij konden gelukkig kiezen, want hadden maar 2 van de 3 slaapkamers in gebruik. 1 setje handdoeken per persoon voor 9 nachten/ 10 dagen is wat weinig. Er werd ons toegezegd dat ze halverwege ons verblijf een wisseling van de handdoeken zouden doen. Dat werd echter niet nagekomen. We hebben het zelf maar in de wasmachine gestopt. Ook een oplossing. We hebben het hen gemeld, en daarop volgden excuses.

Lucca è molto carina

La casa è molto bella e le foto sono veritiere. Al momento ci sono 2 camere triple e una camera matrimoniale; non c'è il letto a castello. Un bagno è al piano di sopra con le 3 camere, mentre il secondo è al piano di sotto vicino al tavolo del salone. La casa era pulita. Ci hanno offerto una crostata buonissima.

Genoten van ons verblijf, een aanrader

Een zalig verblijf achter de rug. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. En met hulp van google translate konden we vragen wat nodig was. Bedankt voor de lekker taart en het flesje wijn. Een groot huis met alle mogelijke faciliteiten. Op wandelafstand van Lucca en een ideale uitvalbasis op Toscane te verkennen.

Odlično izhodišče za raziskovanje mesta Lucce in izlete v okoliške kraje.

Izjemno prijazni gostitelji. Ob prihodu nas je pričakalo domače pecivo za dobrodošlico. Brez problema so nam natisnili vstopnice za operno predstavo, ki smo jih pozabili v Ferrari. Bili smo sami v hiši. Kuhinja zelo dobro opremljena. Prostor za parkiranje.

Nastanitev se nahaja ob dokaj prometni cesti in ob progi, vendar nas to ni posebej motilo.

Toskanisches Haus in Stadtnähe

Sehr schönes, grosses und gut ausgestattetes toskanisches Haus. Wie beschrieben verfügen alle Zimmer über Klimaanlage. Wir haben es sehr genossen abends draußen zu sitzen und draußen zu Frühstücken. Die Statdmauer von Lucca ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeberin Laura war sehr hilfsbereit und per Mail und WhatsApp schnell zu erreichen. Danke für die tollen Tage welche wir in und um Lucca erleben durften! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Strasse und die Zugstrecke (3 oder 4 Züge pro Stunde) hört man. Stören aber nur wenig und werden durch die Stadtnähe allemal wettgemacht.
