Location was excellent, right in the centre of Old Town, in one the Piazzas! Public parking was easy to get locate, and with only a few minutes walk to apartment. We loved the musicians on the square in the afternoons outside the window. Lots of restaurants & shopping on doorstep! Apartment was bright, luxurious and clean. Just 2 short flights of stairs. Coffee and biscuits provided was appreciated. The host was very helpful and communication was easy. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit
Can be bit noisy at night/ early morning deliveries but the ear plugs provided on bedside table sorted that out.

De locatie is perfect, heel ruim, schoon en de communicatie met de host verliep heel goed. Er was een concert van Tom Jones op het plein, dus we vielen met onze neus in de boter. Plein was daardoor afgezet, maar ze heeft ons alle informatie gegeven om er goed te kunnen komen!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and perfectly located in the heart of Lucca. With its high ceilings, beautiful original floors, and elegant interiors, it feels both luxurious and welcoming. In many ways, it has the atmosphere and comfort of a four-star hotel, making it a wonderful place to stay while exploring the city.
The front door is accessed via an app rather than a traditional key, which may take a little getting used to but worked well once we were familiar with it.
Unfortunately, we did encounter bed bugs during our stay. Given the exceptionally high summer temperatures and the fact that it is peak tourist season, I suspect this could happen even in well-maintained properties with a high turnover of guests. I am confident the host will address the issue promptly.

Location was fabulous. It was easy to access, comfortable and has everything we needed. Beds were the most comfortable we had on our holiday. The information provided was excellent.
