Außergewöhnlich - Tolles Ambiente, sehr gute und ruhige Lage.
Nach einem herzlichen Empfang taucht man in eine andere Welt ein und fühlt sich in eine andere Epoche katapultiert (Man kann die Seele der Villa richtig spüren). Eine so schöne Villa mit Garten für den Aufenthalt für sich alleine zu haben ist schon etwas Besonderes. Das Auto kann man direkt an der Unterkunft gut und sicher parken, da das Anwesen umzäunt ist. Die ruhige Lage ist super, nur ein "Katzensprung" zur historischen Stadtmauer von Lucca entfernt, das eine sehr schöne Stadt ist und zum Träumen einlädt. Lucca liegt schön zentral, so dass auch Ausflüge ans ligurische Meer und Städte wie Pisa, Florenz usw. kein Problem darstellen (wegen der Landschaft würden wir hier die Landstraßen empfehlen, auch wenn sich die Fahrzeiten dadurch erhöhen) (Vierköpfige Familie)
Bei größerer Hitze wären Ventilatoren von Vorteil (dieses Schmuckstück würde ich nicht mit einer Klimaanlage verunstalten, bringt ja auch nicht so viel bei einem so großen Haus) Da wir nach der großen Hitze ankamen, war dies jedoch kein Problem.

Bella esperienza, ma ....
La posizione ottima vicino al centro città, la struttura d'epoca e ben curata. Buon parcheggio per le macchine e seconda entrata molto utile e vicina alla cucina per scaricare spesa e altro. Ambienti molto confortevoli, tra cui sala TV e cucina, dove erano disponibili divani e grandi tavoli da pranzo per il convivio. Prontezza della proprietà nell'intervenire.
Il bagno con la doccia e altri servizi era solamente uno, mentre negli altri 3 era presente solo water (di cui 2 non funzionanti) e specchio. L' acqua della doccia è registrata al contrario e abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza. Il termosifone del bagno grande ha smesso di funzionare dopo un giorno. Il cestino della spazzatura si trova solo nel bagno principale. Nella cucina non è presente una cappa di aspirazione e il boiler, troppo piccolo, dell'acqua calda non permette il lavaggio rapido di piatti e utensilerie. C'è solo un telecomando e un mazzo di chiavi disponibile, ma la casa può ospitare fino a 8 persone che solitamente non escono ed entrano sempre insieme, almeno un altro telecomando disponibile. Dichiarata presenza di un camino non utilizzabile. Inadeguata la tipologia di pentolame per il numero di persone ospitate (esageratamente piccole). Il terrazzo della cucina poteva essere adibito per la raccolta differenziata, cosa che al contrario è stata dovuta fare all'interno in sacchi irrisori.
