Fabulous location in the Tuscan hills

The location was fabulous, set on a hill in an olive Grove with vines below the house. The staff, especially Sabina, were wonderful and could not do enough to address some issues. We asked if we could do a cooking class and this was provided in our villa with a talented chef who guided us to prepare a 4 course meal. This is an authentic experience of Tuscany, right down to the donkeys on site. A wine and olive oil tasting and a complimentary bottle of wine was included which was a lovely addition to our stay

The road to access the villa was extremely narrow and unsealed in the last kilometre. Our villa was to be equipped with a washing machine but this was not working. We were offered the use of a machine in another area which was appreciated. There is a problem with water pressure as we lost all water one morning and the water pressure in the showers upstairs was terrible as there was a just a weak dribble from the shower in the main bathroom. The bathrooms do need updating.

Our stay was wonderful - we enjoyed every minute of it. With a few minor repairs, I would give this a perfect rating.

Minor problems: missing or burned out light bulbs (since replaced), very old coffeemaker that no longer worked properly, makeshift window screen that had come off the window, no window screen in bathroom.

Calm and in beautiful surroundings. Rossana was always helpful and available for advice.

A bit far from restaurants (which we knew from earlier comments) via a winding narrow and bumpy road.

Fabulous

The view was greet, looking over the vineyards en nearby the pool. We did a wine tasting which was lovely as well and most important good wines. I was having a cold but cannot wait to try them again at home.

A lot of things were out dated. Normaly this is not a problem at all unless it is no longer hygienic. For example the kitchen cabinets.

Posto incantevole molto curato e rilassante. Paesaggio splendido tipico Toscano, appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario.

Al nostro arrivo nell' appartamento faceva troppo freddo.

Posto molto bello immerso nella natura, uliveti e vigneti. Molto tranquillo

Pieno di cimici che purtroppo è un problema di stagione e insetti vari. Nonostante era specificato su booking non abbiamo ricevuto la bottiglia di vino all'accoglienza. Stanze abbastanza fredde.

Erholsam und angenehm wegen der schönen Lage und der Umgebung.

Die Lage war traumhaft, allerdings war es etwas kompliziert, die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Schmaler Schotterweg bei dem man nur hoffen konnte, dass einem kein Fahrzeug entgegenkommt. Das Appartment war ruhig und nett eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der italienische Kaffeekocher war zu klein für den Bedarf von mehreren Personen.

Es gab wenig Ansprache durch das Personal. Man war ziemlich auf sich gestellt. Keinerlei Verpflegung vor Ort, bis zum nächsten Restaurant sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Uitstekende locatie met prima voorzieningen zoals zwembad.

Rustige locatie met een mooi uitzicht. Leuk appartement welke van alle gemakken is voorzien.

Wij vonden de bedden wat aan de harde kant, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

La posizione in tranquillità

Purtroppo le stanze erano sprovviste di zanzariere in almeno due finestre su tre, e oltre a molte zanzare che sono entrate, è entrato anche un pipistrello. Non essendo abituati, questo ne ha penalizzato il pernottamento che non è stato tranquillo. Un vero peccato, perché per il resto la location era molto bella.

Una fattoria da scoprire

La posizione è eccellente per stare nella tranquillita' e l'organizzazione degli spazi è molto carina. Sabato sera abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda e, pur essendo ora di cena, siamo riusciti grazie alla gentilezza e all'attenzione dello staff a risolvere il problema. C'è un asino simpaticissimo che è meglio di un cane da guardia.

Wunderbare Gegend & schöner Ort

Es war ein wunderschöner Ort wenn man Ruhe sucht. Die Umgebung ein Traum und die Wohnung war gepflegt und war gut ausgestattet. Es hatte viele süsse Katzen und ein lustiger Hund der immer für Spasschen da war. Das Personal besonders Marco waren stehts zur Stellen wenn ein Bedürfnis da war ! Danke Marco !

Die Wohnug ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte wieder einmal etwas renoviert werden besonders die Fenster. Ein Stück der Strasse zum Anwesennwar etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Schotter & sehr steil)

Stupendo

Già il panorama da solo merita il viaggio. Siamo stati accolti da Sara con tutto il suo spirito toscano, disponibilissima. L'appartamento è molto pulito, la zona è molto tranquilla. Sono stati veramente onesti, abbiamo avuto un piccolissimo intoppo e loro hanno risolto la cosa in brevissimo tempo. Consiglio la loro cantina di vini!!! I miei figli mi hanno già chiesto di ritornarci.

Secondo me l'unica cosa che manca (semplicemente perché sono pigra io) è il servizio della colazione. Quando sono in vacanza adoro non dover preparare la colazione 😉

Capodanno fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno a capodanno con un gruppo di amici, le case che ci sono state date erano tutte molto organizzate e spaziose. Nonostante ci siano state delle incomprensioni durante la prenotazione, i proprietari ci sono venuti incontro su tutto e hanno cercato di risolverci ogni problema.
