Casa indipendente con giardino

La casa è indipendente, grande, e dispone di ogni cosa che possa rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. Il giardino con corte che circonda la casa è una 'favola' per chi come me vive ( e subisce) in un condominio. I miei due pet si sono divertiti un mondo, c'era spazio per loro e tutto era ben predisposto.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gemütlich! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit!!! Wir und auch unsere Hündin wurden sehr herzlich empfangen! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in Lucca, jedoch nicht zu weit vom Zentrum. Durch eine Alarmanlage, einen komplett umzäunten Garten und die eigene Hofeinfahrt wurde absolute Sicherheit für Mensch, Tier und Auto geboten. Da das Wetter leider nicht mitspielte konnten wir den Außenbereich leider nicht all zu oft nutzen, waren jedoch absolut begeistert von der gesamten Ausstattung mit Außenbestuhlung, Grill, eigenem Waschraum und Whirlpool. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und jedem weiterempfehlen!

Lucca Summer festival stay

We had an amazing holiday in Amerigo’s and Tatiana’s house. What a beautiful property. Although the property is away from the walls of the town, you do have services close to the house. The house is beautifully kept, modern and comfortable. We were only me and my husband but it can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a massive garden, parking space and a jacuzzi. Also an outdoor dining area and a BBQ. The bed was extremely comfortable!, and the rooms are huge!. It must be one the nicest places we have ever stayed in all this years, and if we come again next year for the Lucca summer festival, we will be looking to see if Casa Annuziata is available, as we know the place is worth it. Thank you to Amerigo and Tatiana for making our stay perfect.

Casa spaziosa, stanze da letto ben insonorizzate e con aria condizionata, in zona tranquilla e a soli 6 minuti di auto dalle mura di Lucca. Il barbecue e la piscinetta idromassaggio valori aggiunti, oltre alla cortesia dei proprietari.

Relax, comfort ed ospitalità a due passi da Lucca

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa struttura situata in una zona tranquilla, a soli 5/10 minuti in auto dalle mura di Lucca. La posizione è ideale: lontana dal caos, ma comoda per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Il giardino è uno dei punti di forza: ampio, curato con attenzione, e arricchito da un angolo barbecue davvero delizioso, perfetto per cenare all’aperto grazie anche al comodo tavolino esterno. Gli interni non sono da meno: l’abitazione è spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata. Il soggiorno, con divano, due poltrone e TV, è accogliente e funzionale. La cucina è abitabile e dotata di tutto il necessario. Le tre camere da letto sono molto ampie e confortevoli, ideali anche per gruppi o famiglie numerose. I due bagni, entrambi con doccia, sono moderni e spaziosi. In sintesi, una struttura completa sotto ogni aspetto, perfetta per rilassarsi e godere delle bellezze di Lucca. Un aspetto che abbiamo ulteriormente apprezzato è stata la disponibilità dei proprietari, sempre gentili e presenti: ci hanno più volte ribadito che potevamo contattarli per qualsiasi esigenza o informazione, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più sereno. Da non trascurare anche la possibilità di portare con sé il proprio animale domestico, dettaglio importante per chi viaggia con un amico a quattro zampe.
