About this house rental
A few minutes from the center, with two parking spaces and private courtyard, completely renovated house on two floors, equipped with air conditioning, composed on the ground floor living room with kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed, laundry room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the first floor, studio / mezzanine, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Outside dining area for outdoor dining.
In the house you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The nespresso coffee / cappuccino machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen television in every room, very soft cotton percale sheets, towels, a magnifying mirror in each bathroom, the possibility of adding a cot newborns with changing table.
The tourist tax, to be paid upon arrival, is equal to Euro 1.50 per adult for the first three nights

The house was lovely, clean and very comfortable and we found very little noise especially at night. Everything you could need for a stay was to hand and the appliances were quality brands and very new looking and perfectly clean.The hand over was quick and easy and covered all the details regarding the house, communication at all times was excellent.Parking was off road and at the front of the house and very convenient.The wifi was fautless and was well up to streaming films on the TVs.It is an easy walk into the historic centre of Lucca. An added bonus was a great pizza takeaway just a minute away.In all, a really lovely house that's been prepared with a lot of thought and care. We've already got it on our shortlist to stay again when in the area.

The house and it’s surroundings was just as astonishing as promissed. It was clean and fully equiped for our needs. Andrea and Dana were very friendly and always avalible.
We had a wonderful time.

Great out of the way property. Quiet location which is what we wanted. All the features of the house to make us comfortable. Hostess Dana could not have been more helpful, from supermarkets to taxi’s. Nothing was a problem. Recommend this property to all.
