Villa with pool newly built rustic Tuscan ( December 2012) . Finely furnished and complete with every comfort . The pool has a corner tub, a waterfall and a solar shower . The bathroom in the room on the first floor is equipped with a Jacuzzi . The kitchen is complete with all appliances and cookware . . And ' possible to request a payment service is also Sky or X Box . The Keeper / Gardener is on site for the maintenance of the pool , the garden , the garden, the vineyard and the hen house ( will be happy to make you taste the products grown ) . Maximum privacy and security. Context heavenly .

The weather didn’t permit much time in the pool (it was somewhat chilly) but when we did use the pool, it was fabulous. The house was very comfortable and basic amenities were provided. The property manager, Franco, was wonderful. He responded immediately to calls or emails and recommendations were terrific.

This outstanding villa and its host were excellent and made for the perfect holiday, for myself and my husband. The space, decor, facilities, comfort and cleanliness were faultless. Beautiful outside spaces too with an excellent pool, (could actually swim lengths), huge garden covered terraces and breathtaking views. Franco was so welcoming, friendly and professional. He repeatedly went above and beyond any expectations we had, in helping us book activities and providing guidance and information about the best of what the area has to offer. Be aware that you will need a car to get around and make sure to bring plenty of bug repellant though! Couldn’t recommend highly enough and are hoping to return with our adult children and their spouses next year.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! We throughly enjoyed the pool and it was an excellent location!! Very easy to make day trips!Franco was an excellent host! And definitely try the bakery right down the road!! We definitely hope to make it back again!!

Location sur 15 jours en mai 2019 :
Absence de lave linge et de sèche linge (pourtant annoncés dans le descriptif) . Il faut accepter d'avoir froid (pas de chauffage et climatisation réversible plus que capricieuse), et il faut être prêt à payer très cher le linge de maison qu'on est obligés de demander au propriétaire puisqu'on ne peut pas laver le linge. Dommage car la maison est bien placée au calme et pourrait être parfaite sans ces inconvénients.
Le propriétaire ne parle quasiment pas le français ce qui rend les échanges compliqués surtout lorsqu'il y a un problème.
Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine, bien entretenue mais trop froide en ce mois de mai.
Attention aux frais supplémentaires facturés en fin de séjour: il est prudent de tout se faire préciser AVANT la réservation finale. Nous avons quand même réussi à nous entendre avec le propriétaire sur ce sujet mais avec difficulté.
