VILLA SERRA - PISA AREA
Villa Serra in Tuscany is located on a hilly site between Lucca and Pisa, surrounded by olive groves. Pisa is a short drive away and is very famous for its historical architecture and artistic lifestyle. The villa boasts panoramic view over the hills ideal to admire the sunrise or sunset. Villa Serra comes with a private swimming pool, a 1,000sqm sized garden set in terraces.
From the ground floor entrance there is an open plan kitchen living room with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table a fireplace with couch, satellite TV. This room leads to a covered terrace with table and chairs for 4. On this level there is a WC and washbasin.
A staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. On this level there is also a utility room with washing machine and a bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. Additionally there is an open room with a double bed settee (this room does not close) and exits onto the garden. The second bedroom is a twin room with adjoining bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. The bathroom has direct access to the swimming pool.
The outdoor area consists of a covered panoramic veranda (8sqm) equipped with table and chairs (seating 6). There is outdoor couch and chairs. The swimming pool is set in earth (9x6m; depth 1.40m) with salted water and is surrounded by deckchairs, sun-umbrella and an external shower.
Facilities: heating, washing machine, iron, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fireplace, satellite TV, internet wi-fi, bed linen and towels (initial set included, additional sets at extra cost), swimming pool, sun loungers, deckchairs, traditional brick BBQ, wi-fi, satellite TV, high chair, a baby bath and baby cot, parking.
Pets welcome: fenced garden with wire 1.10m high
On request the following activities can be arranged (prepayment required): guided mountain bike tours of the area and day trips to Florence and Pisa.

Excellent séjour. La villa est bien équipée et la vue sur la vallée depuis la terrasse et la piscine est superbe. Piscine spacieuse. Entourée d'olivier les alentours sont pleins de charme.
Si la distance vers différents sites de visites n'est pas excessive prendre en compte le réseau routier et les limitations se vitesse, Florence et les plages est à un peu plus d'une heure de route, San giminiano et sienne sont plutôt à 1h30
