La Furbina is a charming, early 1900s farmhouse nestled in the picturesque countryside of Lucca. Surrounded by the rich scents of olive groves and offering a panoramic view, this beautifully renovated property blends traditional Tuscan charm with modern comforts. Perfectly located for exploring Tuscany, it’s just a short drive from the historic city of Lucca, renowned for its rich cultural and culinary heritage. The villa provides both seclusion and easy access to local attractions, making it ideal for a relaxing yet adventurous holiday. The house has recently been renovated by the current owners, who preserved its authentic Tuscan style using local materials like beams, rafters, and stones. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining under the stars on the spacious portico, overlooking the private pool and stunning countryside views equipped with table up to 8 people. A nice garden surrounds the house, fully fenced, private, and well-maintained, of about 700 square meters. Covered patio accessible from the kitchen, ideal for outdoor meals. A charcoal barbecue is located next to the house, perfect for summer cookouts.
The private swimming pool is located at the front of the house, and is clearly visible. The pool has a rectangular shape and measures 5x10m and it has a fixed depth of 1.40 metres. It has a chlorine purification system, accessed internally via a Roman staircase. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, and umbrellas so that you can spend long days in the sun in complete relaxation.
Up to 2 cars inside the gate after a short. Access Road: unpaved road of about 30 meters.

Our family of 6 adults were delighted with our stay!! The hosts were easy to get in touch with, and helped us both before and during our stay. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I wanted to have a personal chef cook dinner for us on our arrival day, and Elisa recommended someone who turned out to be terrific. It was nice to know that we did not have to think about our first meal, and we could settle in to our home for the week. The house was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts, and we cooked dinner two nights, and had everything we needed. Wifi worked well. The property is very private, surrounded by olive groves. There is a rooster that lives next door, and he was up early every morning. We did not mind it. We met a few neighbors briefly, who were very friendly.
During our stay there was a big rainstorm, and power went out for part of the house. The hosts were very responsive and prompt, and did everything they could to get the power back up and running. We loved our stay at La Furbina, and would highly recommend it to others. I would love to have a return visit there.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful property. The location was perfect. We were met up upon check in and given lots of information about the property and areas around. There is also a large book full of information about the house and the area. We spent most of our mornings outside drinking our coffee with the beautiful view.

We stayed here for a week in July. The villa is exactly as you see in the photographs. We were really pleased with how clean and modern the rooms were. The air conditioning in each of the bedrooms made such a difference. Elisa was extremely welcoming when we arrived at the villa, and gave us lots of tips on places to go and see. The villa is in a little hamlet and was nice and quiet. It is about a 10 minute drive from the nearest Conad supermarket which has pretty much everything you would need, and there is a bigger Esselunga about 20 minutes away on the edges of Lucca. We used the local pizzeria for a takeaway on the last night and that was good. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Beautiful location. Views to die for. Great house, gardens and pool. Set in a lovely part of Italy with many local restaurants, wine tastings, etc. Easy access to shops and especially Lucca!
