The surrounding landscape with olive groves and lush woods ensures a relaxing holiday away from the hustle, immersed in an idyllic landscape. Those who love art and culture can easily reach some of the most famous cities in Tuscany: Pisa with its Piazza dei Miracoli, Lucca and its ancient city walls, Volterra and the Etruscan ruins. Even Florence can be easily reached in only an hour by car. For those who want to spend a day on the beach, the Versilia coast and Marina di Pisa await you. The house is surrounded by a garden with panoramic terraces equipped with barbecue and wood oven, ideal for outdoor dining and shaded by olive trees where the swimming pool (10x4, 1.45 m deep) (18/5-12/10) is located and with outdoor shower and lighting. It is possible to request when booking a baby bed, maid service and the use of the Wi-Fi connection, the latter two are to be paid for on location. Central heating. Parking in the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. For arrivals between 7.30 and 10.30 p.m. a 35 Euros fee will be applied. Small pets are accepted only (if confirmed by the owner upon confirmation of the booking). Access to the house along 1 km of dirt track road not suitable for sport cars. Due to order and hygiene reasons, bathroom and bedroom linen hire is compulsory (12 EUR/person/change).
