Location is excellent and within walking distance to all of Florence’s main attractions.
The quilted bedding did not appear clean.

Very spacious apartment. I was surprised how big it was given the crowded conditions in the city. The room was surprisingly quiet when the windows were closed. Great view of the Duomo if you stick your head out the window.
Access was difficult. Don’t try to stay here if you have a car.

Great bed. Great location. Restaurant literally right next to the apartment on the same floor.
Property was good but cold and we had no hot water at night but there was hot water next morning.

We loved the apartment. Absolutely anything you could possibly need, was available. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of clothes hangers, close walking to everything you want to see and do.
AC. The apartment was hot. There was no relief from the squelching temperatures outside. We were provided entry information to leave our luggage prior to check in time. We followed the instructions and entered the room to see that it was still occupied. We didn’t feel safe leaving our luggage there and had to find another location for storage.
