The room was very clean, but the sofa bed was not comfortable, also more blankets were needed. I also feel that the apartment need to let us know that they are in the 4th floor with no elevator. We had a 68yr old and it was a bit diffucult for her and the luggage. As for location it was the best!!! We were a block away from the Duomo. Very easy to move around .

The location is great if you are planning on seeing the sites. Its an easy walk to the points of interest and also to the train station.

Overall location was amazing and the size of the rooms were incredible. Unfortunately the water pressure for the shower was less than acceptable. The security of the facility is good and did I mention the location is amazing...
