The room was clean and all the facilities were very clearly shown to us. The hospitality was excellent and the cooked breakfast was brilliant. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was lovely, the room was exactly as advertised, stocked with biscuits, coffee and bottled water. There was access to a small fridge filled with water bottles. The bathrooms were clean and had all the basics, including shower gels. The beds were really comfy too!

Staff were super friendly and the place was very clean. Nice selection of teas and biscuits in the room and they offered us a breakfast on the house on one of the days! Thank you! It was also very easy to walk to from town centre/Temple Meads station.
The bed was so uncomfortable that it was upsetting to lie in - sunk in mattress with springs jutting out. I have a bad back and 3 nights in that bed nearly broke me.
