Location was very handy to walk to the city centre. Rich was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic! The room was huge.
The room was a little basic, no carpet so not as cosy as it could have been. The immediate location feels a bit industrial but a very short walk to the city centre.

Staff were super friendly and the place was very clean. Nice selection of teas and biscuits in the room and they offered us a breakfast on the house on one of the days! Thank you! It was also very easy to walk to from town centre/Temple Meads station.
The bed was so uncomfortable that it was upsetting to lie in - sunk in mattress with springs jutting out. I have a bad back and 3 nights in that bed nearly broke me.
