Leonardo Hotel Bristol City

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! A special thank you goes to Andrea, who welcomed us on arrival. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient and always smiling. Her warm welcome made us feel at home from the very beginning. The hotel offers outstanding value for money. Our room was beautiful, the entire property is modern and exceptionally well maintained, and everything was spotlessly clean. The shared areas are stylish and inviting, the Wi-Fi was excellent and you can tell that every detail has been carefully looked after. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of options. And yes... they even have a Nutella dispenser! Absolutely fantastic and a dream come true for Nutella lovers! The parking fee is also very reasonable at just £14 for 24 hours. The location is perfect for exploring Bristol entirely on foot, so we didn't need to use our car at all. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a shopping centre, making everything incredibly convenient. We had two wonderful days here and honestly couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bristol.

Honesty everything was great - room was very nice, clean, comfortable. Check in was very easy and pain free. They also offer lots of flexibility with check in/out. Very easy to reach from the train station.

I ordered a club sandwich which wasn't amazing.... was ok. But no big deal.
