The TV didn’t work despite us reporting it no on was able to fix it, but the team have since apologised for this.

Great location, and the staff are friendly

I stayed for 6 nights, and the breakfast buffet options were too limited and repeatable. The Kitchen standard is not up to 5-star hotel. They do not provide daily mineral water bottle in the room

The room 103 is ordinary room ( 3 stars maximum) , very small maximum 14 m2 . Carpet dirty , noise when your neighbor close his door.

Exceptional hotel, a hidden gem right in the heart of Paris

Amazing location and able to walk to Champs Elysee, Jardins Tullieries, The Louvre and much much more! Close to great shopping and endless restaurants and cafes. In a nice quiet street hidden away from the hustle and bustle. A stones throw from Place de la Concorde and the river bank for beautiful walks along the Seine and views of the Eiffel Tower. Beautiful and luxurious boutique hotel designed in true contemporary Parisian style. Spacious rooms and stunning bathrooms. Hands down the most comfortable beds ever. Slept so well due to the cloud like bedding and pillows. Delicious breakfasts each morning and loved sitting in the pretty garden courtyard. Stunning pool and spa which we could book all to ourselves. Super friendly staff that were always happy to help and make suggestions of where to visit and tips on the local area. Lovely owner of the hotel gave us a private tour on arrival and made us feel like VIP guests. Will be returning here on our next trip to Paris!

Lovely courtyard breakfast room, with good breakfast selection. Rooms very comfortable and quiet, and great pool/gym/spa area.

Would have liked more fresh fruit at breakfast - and perhaps some outdoor tables set to one side for smokers.

Fantastic location, great amenities, wonderful staff!

The hotel itself is very conveniently located, very clean and comfortable with a beautiful restaurant and spa area. What truly made our stay special though was the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We particularly had a wonderful experience with Carl at reception and Guillaume at the Concierge who went above and beyond in being welcoming and genuinely helpful. We hope to be returning soon.

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris

This is a magnificent boutique hotel near the Elysée Palace, where I felt calm and at home. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant in the garden was excellent, and I enjoyed both lunch and dinner there. The room I was given as a complimentary upgrade was very spacious, with a separate living room and a large bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris

The location was amazing Pool and sauna/steam room

The staff were so unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable for a five star hotel. We were given misleading information about prices and asked to pay our bill twice. We were also asked for a €800 deposit after we had already paid for the room too, which was not mentioned previously. It was my birthday, which I informed the hotel of prior to our arrival and my mother had emailed with notice asking if it would be possible to arrange a flower delivery to the hotel. Her email remains unanswered and the hotel did not arrange anything for the special occasion, which in my opinion does not align with a five star service. When checking in, Antoine the staff member on reception told us breakfast was included in the price. When we double checked, we were told this was not the case. Was this going to be an issue when we would be asked to pay the bill upon checking out? Read other reviews and make your mind up. During checkout the same staff member who checked us in, forgot we had already paid, even though he took the payment and deposit and the receipt was in front of him. How is this acceptable for a five star hotel? The room was nice, however the carpets were stained and there was dust in places. I am beyond disappointed and I feel like I have looked forward to this trip for a while and the service is seriously appalling considering the price and star rating

Very friendly and professional staff, super clean with beautiful rooms, spa and restaurant terrace.

The property is finished to a really high standard, including the rooms and spa. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and tried to make life easy for us. We were celebrating our anniversary and they left us a hand written note and offered free drinks which was a really nice touch.

needs a lot of refurbishing, not functioning lights, stains on the lamps fabrics, not sealed shower that the bathroom stands under water after your shower, staff coming in to your room although there is a sign "dont disturb", when they make up your room no fresh water or changed glasses from the day before, restaurant menu below the standard, staff not trained, you pay for a parking for 70 € per day and your car is parked on the street, not in a garage, there is nothing in the rooms relating to the brand shiseido etc etc in total disappointing experience

Comfy quick trip

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff

The spa is extremely small, which isn’t a problem just something to be aware of. I think only two people can use it at a time. Room is small but the bathrooms are really nice which is a plus. It was very quiet when we stayed, had hoped for more of an atmosphere in the bar.
