The staff is helpful and the location is good
When having the Breakfast, the Pot holding rice is rusty... as a Premium Hotel, this can be improve by replace all the old equipment.

We always stay in this hotel every time we visit Chiang Mai. The hotel is always immaculate…very spick and span. It’s in a lovely area which is not to far from the main road. However once you’re in the hotel surroundings, its feels very quiet and secluded. The staff in the hotel are incredible . They are what makes this hotel a success. Ms. Boom and her team are like family to us. We hope to visit and stay again .
