The room was spacious. It’s nice to feel like having apartment to yourself, it had plenty of natural light. The bedding was clean and living amongst residential areas. Walking distance to Saturday market.

The amount of noise… roosters crowing, pigeons up on the roof, motorbikes (ear plugs are provided). Not a lot of street lights at night but still felt safe. A bit of a walk to the gate. Coffee stains on coffee cups and coffee maker does not look clean. The floor had deep dent in it… almost tripped… which I didn’t know as it was covered by rug, flooring is pealing on the edges so there sharp parts if walking bare footed. People with mild mobility issues might find it difficult getting in and out of the shower/ bathtub there’s no safety handle to grip when getting out after shower.

aircon pointing at bed, room not possible to make dark during night, we found that this part of chiang mai didnt meet our expactations and would rather stay in the northeast or northwest where more/nicer food markets are located

Perfect stay, cozy lanna style hotel with very good amenities. The breakfast was simple yet exceptional with fresh ingredients and the pool was great.

The hotel is clean and smart, good location. Good breakfast selection. Staff are very friendly. Pool is fantastic and the bar is great.

Early morning noise echoes through the hotel. Workers arriving and 2 way radio noise woke me at 7am every morning.
