I am an experienced traveller. I think this is the first time that I give 10 of 10 possible points. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked whether an early check-in would be posible. When I arrived at 10:30 AM, I got the information that the room was ready - and they had even put on the AC so that the room was already cool when I entered. The breakfast was great: It was a mixture - I could choose from different Western and Thai dishes, but there was also a small buffet with fruits, cakes, cornflakes, etc. The interior was chosen carefully, the atmosphere is very nice. The location is very good: central, within the old city, and my room was quiet (with a balcony and a view on banana trees). The wifi worked well. I didn't ask, but the hotel seems to be run by a family. I can't imagine a better hotel.
