    Room condition is excellent as this is a fairly new hotel in the old city area. The cleanliness is good and I love the balcony for that price. Hotel is not facing the main roads so you don't get the traffic noise disturbance

    Good location nearby Chiang Mai gate. There's small parking but entrance is very narrow. They said they will clean your room everyday but what they did is only making up bed, replace towels and collect garbage. However, they don't do other cleaning at all, some hairs and dirts are still there when you're back, even put the used bathmat on the hanging. Plus shower area is so small that big guy wouldn't fell comfortable. I'd not come back again.
