    Unique and beautiful property with just amazing staff, nice spa and a beautiful bar/library. Use the speakeasy- inspired entrance to the bar for fun. Breakfast is wonderful too Agoda, on the other hand, sent my 2 - Deluxe King Rooms reservation to them as a regular twin... on a weekend when they were full. They showed me the reservation as sent to them by Agoda The staff and management bent over backwards to fix things when the problem came up The measure of how good a company is, is not when things go right... it's how they handle things when it all goes wrong. Ping Nakara converted our twin rooms into king on the fly and got us into the Delux King rooms on night 3 of the 4 night stay. In the meantime, Agoda failed to respond to my note regarding the problem. Our stay is over and still silence from Agoda. Bottom line: Ping Nakara: 10 stars out of 5... Agoda 0/5

    The staff were excellent. The hotel is an older building and well kept. The pool was very welcome. The room was very comfortable.

    Arrival was quick. No hassle. Room was spacious, large bed. Body lotion wasn't provided, which is a first for us. Nice coffee and tea, plus snacks complimentary. Bathroom lacked privacy. Sliding glass door to toilet slid opened randomly. The hotel was quaint, charming. But in need of painting. White paint is nice but easily dirty. Location was quiet and peaceful. Staff generally friendly.
