Great location, right in between Frankton and Queenstown, 5 min either way. The house was absolutely wonderful, cozy for adults and kids, ready for everyone in every age. The fireplace and the double glazing throughout made our stay even more comfortable. And lastly but one of the highlights, the view is what you go to NZ for! For sure we will be back. Thanks to the managers, our stay in Queenstown became a forever memory.

Great stay for our three generations. Amazing views day and night. The 2 levels, separate living spaces and 2 bathrooms were ideal. Great furnishings. Full kitchen complete with with cake tins, baking dishes and spices.

The property is relatively new and very well equipped. The kitchen had almost everything needed for cooking, which made the stay very convenient. The bedding was warm and comfortable, and the heating/air conditioning worked really well. The hot water for showers was excellent, and the view from the window was beautiful. I also really appreciated the host’s help in finding and returning a piece of clothing I left behind after checkout — very kind and helpful.
The only downside was that noise insulation could be improved, as sounds from upstairs (walking and showering) were quite noticeable downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay! The house has amazing views of the lake which made it really special. It was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with complete dinnerware, making it easy to prepare meals. The place felt quiet, private, and relaxing perfect for a getaway. Highly recommend!
