Lakehouse at Panners

The location was perfect as it was in between the airport and the centre of town.

I have nothing bad to say about the property as the stay was perfect but the fact that we booked in April with a No Refund Clause and our family circumstances changing in the meantime, we could not get our money back and had to spend quite a lot of money for a one person stay.

The location is superb! Beautiful view. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

The downstairs bedroom was quite cold - an electric blanket would’ve helped.

The beds were uncomfortable. The main bedroom had two beds pushed togther which moved during the night. The two single beds were worn and had divet like laying on a deck chair. When I book the plqce advertised a fireplace including photos. On arrival the fireplace had a sign not working. Communication with the management stated they were waiting for the tradie to come and fix it. A day later they advised me that the fireplace was damaged by a previous tenant. The following day they tell me it was permanently not in use. The air conditioner in the loungeroom was inadequate old unit and the lounge are was cold. A small heater from a bedroom was placed upstairs to heat the room. Not good.
