Great views, very functional, clean, easy to get to.

The downstairs bedroom was quite cold - an electric blanket would’ve helped.

amazing property with beautiful views. well maintained. sufficient heating which was great because Queenstown can be a bit chilly.

parking area is very steep - can be tricky to get your car out if you have a large one water - there were two showers but if one person is showering already, then the other shower will not have hot water + the water pressure is very low. it's also affected by washing machine / tap / dishwasher so suggest you don't run any other appliances when you want to shower

The property was close to town centre so was easy and quick to go to places. The view from the house was great!

The stairs! There are 3 levels of stairs in the house; they were long and narrow. Had difficulty bringing up the luggages. Also the low water pressure in the house resulted in us being able to use 1 bathroom at a time even though there were 2 available.

The property wasn't ready during check-in at 3pm. Driveway too steep so we had to park on the road. Booked for two nights so on our second day the shower glass door exploded and glass everywhere but thankfully no one was in the shower or bathroom at the time. This happened on the 18th April, $500 was taken out that evening and still haven't heard or received an email from them. Whenever i ring up its the same excuse. Rang up today and they trying to blame it on us for something we didn't do. The guy from the property management did have a look at the damage and took photos and till now i haven't heard from the management team. Definitely won't be staying there again.
