This was our second stay at the Tides in two years! We absolutely love the facility and its amenities. We love that it’s located within walking distance of the Broadwalk which includes live entertainment Wednesday through Sundays! Pablo was wonderful and made sure our unit was clean and functional . We recommend the Tides to everyone who asks!

Overall we had a good experience and communication was good. I think the owner could spend a LITTLE money and make his place a little nicer. The shower had very little water pressure, so showering took forever and the faucets were very old. He could use a few more dishes, things like that. Needs instructions for how to work the remotes for the TVs as it wasn't user-friendly and we had to have someone show us. Also there were 4 of us and they had 2 rolls of TP in there for a week, so we had to go buy some. Again not big deals, but a little money updating plumbing in the bathroom and buying more dishes and utensils would make it a little nicer for the money you pay to rent it.

I thought the additional charge for the fobs to get in and out should have been included in the cost for the VRBO. - $30 each - not a depost) The place was fairly clean with no Kitchen Towels, no oven mitts, pots that looked old and dirty (brought us new ones) The kitchen cabinet door was broken as was the kitchen faucet although functional. The Lobby was a disaster in our building but not so in the twin building just north. The balcony was small but pleasant and the bed comfortable. Having the Ocean right outside our back door was great but there wasn't a tiki bar or outdoor restaurant on the property - very few restaurants on the street near us and the Broadwalk was an Uber ride.
