This Oceanfront condo located right on the beach. Beautiful, Outstanding Ocean view. It is so close you think you can touch the water. You go out; take a few steps and you are on the sand, a few more you are swimming in the ocean. Or sit on the balcony look at the ocean, when you just want to relax after hard day on the beach or crazy nightlife. Condo has everything like 5 stars hotel. And you will feel like at home, and pay just a fraction of the cost. Please see the pictures. Leave everything home, take just a toothbrush, everything else is provided, from sheets to beach chairs. We loved our stay. Very easy check in. Host was very easy to communicate with. Easy access to beach and pool. The only thing I wish we didn’t have is the concrete slab looking out from our balcony. You still have a great view of the ocean, just wasn’t expecting that. We will go again for sure!!!

Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any issue we had. One of the beach chairs was ripped and he immediately went to Walmart to get us a new one. The elevators in the complex were sometime an issue. Only one service elevator available to transport luggage & beach chairs. Parking check in & office requirements are inefficient.

The unit was represented well in the listing. However the building is generally pretty grody. The building rules and check-in procedures are super tedious. You need to arrive during their office hours, and if you’re not available during those times, forget about it. The units furniture was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat / lied on. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and the couch cushions springs are extremely uncomfortable and pushing through the seat.
