Dock space for your boat based on availability. Guests may also enjoy use of our two paddleboards and canoe for access to the lake. The carriage house has limited lake view but is private and wooded in a good way. Includes full kitchen and bath. Beautiful main living space with large sofa, leather chair and ottoman. Plenty of storage. In 2018, a brand new separate bedroom was added with Stickley furnishings: queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand and armoire. The bedroom with vaulted ceiling looks out onto private screened in porch with wicker loveseat, chairs and cafe table and chairs for dining. Bedroom french doors face the woods and open up for cool breezes from the porch. Two closets and stackable washer and dryer for added convenience. The kitchen space also includes an eating area with rustic table and chairs that look out over the vegetable garden and woods. Private space with heat and air conditioning for warm summer days. 50" cable TV and wireless internet also included.

Please note our lakehouse is our full time residence and we are usually on the property. We have full use of the lakefront, boathouse and the entire property. Due to our allergies, absolutely no pets are allowed in and around the entire property including the carriage house. No smoking please, in or on our property as well.
