Welcome to our Adirondack home in the quaint town of Bolton Landing where outdoor living is as cozy and convenient as indoors. 3BR, 2BA with plenty of living space. Perfectly set for family fun featuring a HOT TUB, 3 porches, game room, fire pit, & grill. We are ready to be your annual place to relax. Kick back in the evening in front of the fireplace or enjoy a nightcap under starry skies in the hot tub. Walk to Huddle beach for a night swim or kayak on Lake George or Trout Lake. NOW DOG FRIENDLY! One hypoallergenic dog (40 lbs or less) is allowed. The dog must be crate-trained, stay off furniture, and not chew on household items. Guests must clean up after their pet both indoors and outdoors. OPEN YEAR ROUND! 2 or 3 night minimum depending on the season. Long-term renting option outside of the summer season. The property was great! Very clean and well kept. Hot tub and fire pit area were the highlight!! Michelle was extremely responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all necessities. Conveniently located near town. Would definitely stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake George home! The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short drive to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The host was great to communicate with—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting the area!
