This family home was built in 1994 by a loving mother for her two sons. With views and direct access to Lake George and a dock for your 24' boat. Just a short drive to Gore Mountain, NY's largest Ski Resort, this house is the perfect place to relax. Only 1.5 miles to Bolton Landing, with it's beaches, shops, marinas, restaurants, and the historic Sagamore Resort. Dog friendly. Ping Pong table & movie/game room. Perfect for a family gathering. We look forward to hearing about the memories you make!
The house is right next to the lake. There is a shared beach and docks for a small group of houses which form an association. There are also open fields for games and sports. The dock space can fit a boat up to 24 feet long, and is about 0.3mi from the house. You can see the water from the house.
There is a ping pong table in the cozy finished basement and deck space with lakeview around the house for relaxing outdoors in the summer.
The living room has one AC window unit, with open air flowing to the loft above and fans in each bedroom. Note that the bedrooms do not have their own AC units. The game room, which doubles as a family room, is on the lowest level and stays naturally cool.

My husbands from the area and we visit usually every other summer with his brothers and our kids. At first the title of house is “lake views” there isn’t a view but if they trimmed a few trees there would be a nice view of the lake which is a good 3 to 5 minute walk but very beautiful once you turn the corner and can see the lake. Neighborhood is an association which honestly made us feel like outsiders and very rude. But the host Michelle was very responsive to any questions we had. She even brought us an air conditioning unit for the upstairs which made the 90 degree temperature outside bearable in the house! Very cute and cozy home. Bigger than pictured. Layout of the house on info would be nice touch. Very well stocked with everything - towels, paper goods, spices, and expresso coffee pods!!! Win for the mornings and afternoon expresso martinis. Very accommodating for our dogs - just don’t bring them to the beach area during daytime hours! Nice basement newly furnished and done and loved the extra “cool” space it provided especially for a hang out for our “adult” kids. Overall the house is older and could use updates but then it wouldn’t be a cute cabin in the woods on the lake. Close to everything lake George has to offer. Would come again and recommend to others!
