LOCATION WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. A lovely home all in walking of distance to what Bolton Landing has to offer, restaurants, beach, grocery store, hardware store and the marine where we keep our boat. The home has well appointed furnishings. Beds were comfy. Plenty room for 4 adults and two babies. We will def be back.

This property was perfect for our family of 5.The location was absolutely perfect for morning strolls to get coffee, lunch, drinks or just to go shopping down Lakeshore Drive in Bolton Landing. You are even within walking distance to Rogers Memorial park, which has tennis/pickleball, basketball courts, a pier and a beach and lake swimming. The house was so welcoming, the beds were SO comfortable, the yard was great for our three kids and the host is amazing! We had an unfortunate situation on our trip that required us to have to stay an extra night and when I messaged Cate on Friday evening to see if we could stay an extra night on Sunday, she was happy to accommodate us. We were very thankful for her flexibility and understanding. I would recommend staying here…you will love it. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Lovely property, perfect for what we needed. Ideally located in the heart of town with restaurants, gift shops, beaches all within a 2-5minute walk. Very relaxing. Owner of property very communicative and helpful throughout.
