For 2025, we are flexible with a 3- night minimum.
Located on over 3 acres.....Our LOG HOME is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, the beach, and great views. You’ll love our home and its privacy and peaceful atmosphere. All with an unbelievable view of Lake George, and your still only a 3-minute ride to the center of Bolton Landing.
Our home is an Adirondack atmosphere dream! From the moment you enter you melt into the logs, are intrigued by the wood and the dining area's chandelier. Each room has a unique quality to it, from the stone wood stove backdrop - to the awesome view from the Master and Bear Lake Bedrooms. Our Loft bedroom's Queen Bed is perfect for kids or adults. There is no denying where you are as you enjoy quiet time, read a book or sip on wine from the deck while you smell the Adirondack Air and listen to the quietness of being here! You are also welcome to bring an Air Mattress.
Close to many attractions and activities in the Lake George area and only a 3 minute ride to the center of Bolton and it's many shopping and culinary opportunities - you will cherish the time spent here! PLEASE NOTE that you are in the Adirondacks, where an occasional insect or fury friend are looking for room and board.
The entire home is available to guests !
There are a few owners storage closets - but there is still plenty of closet space for our guests! And plenty of space for quiet time.
Be sure to check the transfer stations schedule for hours of operation. All garbage needs to be removed from our Home when departing. One small oddity is the deck light is located in the basement of the home on the right as you exit the basement back door.

We made a last minute decision to vacation in Lake George and found the "Peaceful Moose" available. What a pleasant surprise! This neat log cabin style house was more spacious than we thought, perfect for our 5 adults. It has a beautiful view thru the trees of the lake, and is perfectly situated in Bolton Landing. It is only a 5 minute drive to the downtown area with restaurants and shops as well as access to boat rentals on the lake. We loved grilling and sitting on the deck by the firepit. It truly is peaceful! Our interactions with our host Tony were commendable. He is responsive, helpful and kind; he really went over and above!

The house was very spacious for our two kids to play in and all the bedrooms were big in size. Very close to the downtown area.

We had a fantastic stay at the Peaceful Moose in Bolton Landing! The log cabin is everything you’d want in a mountain retreat — warm, rustic charm with plenty of space for the entire family to relax and spread out. The views of Lake George were absolutely spectacular, and we were just minutes away from boating, swimming, and some great local restaurants.Frances and Tony were wonderful hosts — friendly, responsive, and always available for any questions we had. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free.If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with a true Adirondack feel, close to all the action but tucked away enough to unwind — this is the place. We can’t wait to come back.
