Welcome to the ADKS, barn-style, where this small red barn is full of a cool vibe, coupled w/cozy warmth! The Bear Cub Barn restoration was owner's labor of love to create magic in an otherwise forgotten barn. We rebuilt, top to bottom, inside & out! The finish is a uniquely fresh stay w/all the creature comforts, including a perfectly appointed kitchen, fresh furnishings, beds made w/meticulous care. We added all the touches to spoil guests for a welcoming stay, in our beloved Bolton Landing.

Great place for family of 4 with a dog. Clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive and handled a minor issue (how to work something) immediately.

Fantastic stay with all the amenities of home. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with a large lawn.
